Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic media plans across traditional and digital channels, with a focus on local or DMA market implementation.
- Lead negotiations with media partners to secure favorable terms and optimize media investments.
- Facilitate the distribution and confirmations of creative materials to all media vendors.
- Coordinate and facilitate the processing of invoices and support materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align media strategies with business objectives in support of the brand's corporate stores while assisting as needed on the franchise footprint.
- Monitor and analyze media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Serve as a key liaison between corporate headquarters and supporting media vendors franchisees.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in media planning and buying processes that drive strong ROAS.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in media planning and buying, with expertise in negotiations and on and offline plan development and implementation at the local or DMA market level.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful media strategies that drive business results.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with media partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Experience working in a franchise, retail, or multi-location environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in media planning and buying tools and platforms.
